Well.. They don't appear very smart on TV...but they can't be THAT stupid...they did become president, right?

Especially Bush...he doesn't exactly come off as incredibly intelligent on TV...he's got to have SOMETHING going for him...doesn't he?

well if IQ means anything his ain't great :P - it apparently doesnt hit 100 - if presidency was on IQ i think most of us here would be ruling the planet if he can. i think he's very lucky.

Specially in case of our president, he didn't come with REAL votes but he came with an organized voting of armed forces and militia and many ordinary people boycotted the election.
