go to admin/options and change the image path to
../images
and test again
if that won't work, ask your hoster about possible restrictions
and always: it would be helpful to give us a URL of your installation
which provider you are sitting on? free provider?

You´ll see a photo but I´m upload it by myself.
I fund another problem, when you add a comment and press "add button" the comments page go blank.
Thanks for your help.

ah, this would be the problem I am currently having.
it's acting as though there is an image there because it is posting EXIF data and the image cropping tool acts as though there is an image to crop.
but nothing shows up in either firefox or IE.
everything is set according to the rules. i've tried manually replacing the file in the images directory and it acts as though it's replacing a file though none shows up.
what information can I give you? I'm at a loss here! even the images for the pixelgrain template don't show up!

Michelle,
when I look at your site with webdeveloper extension, I find the following when looking for "Broken images":
http://ginger-snaps.us/images/20060809205518_intro.jpg
http://ginger-snaps.us/thumbnails/thumb_20060809205518_intro.jpg
http://ginger-snaps.us/templates/pixelgrain/images/backgroundpg.gif
http://ginger-snaps.us/templates/pixelgrain/images/backgroundpgright.gif
when I try to open one of these images in the browser, I am always redirected to a blog
it seems to me that there is a misconfiguration for images, ask your hoster...
I see the image in the directory listing of http://www.ginger-snaps.us/images/ but it is not possible to open it from there as well
by the way,
- you have some nested paragraphes in your template, you should control the <p> - Tags
- you should take care that "directory listing" is set to off in your server-configuration, ask your hoster support for that as well

Thank you so much for your expertise and the suggestions, Connie!
I will try to contact them and work on it this weekend. Thanks again!!
Ask them also is hotlink protection enabled?
If so then it can be a problem in your case (disable it and all should work fine).
