Connect DB Error: Too many connections Cause #2 ??

This post was originally some kind of freak-out that I had when I got a big old error message.

Now its fixed, so I am editing this thread.

well thats cool...but next time tell us your fix, or if it was a server issue ect...helps users who might come across a similar error and search the forum...

Apparently it was the server that was down, or being re-booted.

Which brings up a question: Instead of the default Pixelpost Error page that I got, can I design my own? Where is the code that points the application to the page, and where would I want to store such a page if the DB is not working?

this can be done with 1.5. splash_page.html in the templates folder i think. it's there though!
