Glitch with Simple-Visions on IE

okay... So occaisionally (at this point three out of ten photos) when i try and add commentary about the photo i upload, and the site is viewed through IE it goes to a strange html-looking site.

here is what it looks like:

Strange:http://carterrosephotography.com/index.php?showimage=23#

firefox looks fine...I use firefox...but according to stats about 75% of my traffic uses IE. I am a beginner at all this so if you give an answer please try and explain yourself somewhat throughly.

I look to your site with IE now (shame on me, but it is not my computer) and I don't see any difference. Can you past some screenshots?
