apostrophe in subject

not sure if yall have caught this one, but in 1.4.3, if you enter an apostrophe in the subject, the subject doesn't display correctly in the "images" page of the admin panel.

hopefully 1.5 will end it's beta stage soon, upgrading is your choice, it is a much more function system bt does have it's own set of quirks...
