bug:category without name can be created

I found a category without name can be created,and shows blank but works.

Is it a bug?

I sort of prefer that, because it allows me to "group" categories together in sequence and allow future addditions. E.g., I have a category for each camera, but there are a few cameras I haven't found yet :-)

OK we consider this a feature - I also need empty category names at times :)
