Comment popup

I just launched a new template based on the simple theme. Today I got an email from someone saying that the comment popup doesn't work for them. I had them test another site that uses the simple template and it worked there.

I'm running 1.5Beta

Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried everything, and I was sure it was a client side problem until they were able to get the popup working on another blog. The browsers they are using have been tested by other people and they worked fine...

works fine for me. so probably is a client-side problem. perhaps their browser is blocking pop-ups for your site for some reason?

Thanks for the reply. I thought it might have been a popup blocker, but thats not it. He disabled the popup blocker in FF 1.5 & still wasn't able to view the comments.

It's very strange how he can get the popup comments on other sites, but not mine. Was anything changed in the 1.5Beta of PP that would cause this?

I just figured out the problem. It has to do with subdomains.

The people having problems commenting on my site were using:
http://analog.lifekapptured.com/

Once I told them to try:
http://www.lifekapptured.com/analog/

They were able to comment. It's still pretty strange, but now I know what needs to be done to keep anyone else from having the problem.
