Need help with install...Help!

I followed the instructions and everything should be set. When I point my browser to my install.php I get this message:

"The connection to www.chromalogia.com was interrupted while the page was loading."

The address should be:

https://www.chromalogia.com/home/slittle/pixelpost/admin/install.php

My server/db info:

$pixelpost_db_host = "localhost"; // database host, often "localhost"
$pixelpost_db_user = "slittle_pixel"; // database user
$pixelpost_db_pass = "xxxx"; // database user password
$pixelpost_db_pixelpost = "slittle_pixelpost"; // database

I use livingdot as my host.

Where from is this message? When it shows? What gives it (browser or server for browser)?

PS Why HTTPS is on start of address?? What for do you secure public blog?? Or it is only mistake?

Is the link to the install.php a secure address? If it must be http, can't it be a wrong address. I think it must be something like: http://www.chromalogia.com/pixelpost/admin/install.php
