two pixelposts

Hi,

I wanted to install another pixelpost on my website

I created a subfolder and copy pasted all of the first one, changed the table prefix.
so far it works but the layout is a little bit fucked up... got loads of ">" that show up and the lay out isnt how its supposed to be


any ideas why? did I miss something?

you should not just copy from one folder to another
every PP running version needs an install!!

so upload the files to a directory,
edit pixelpost.php
run admin/install.php

and it will be ok!

I did do a fresh install of PP
I just copied the template folder to have the exact same look...

you couldn't have copied the template files correctly as there are a ton of bugs in it.. for example:

<div id="thumbrow" <THUMBSTYLING>> that makes no sense at all.

the basic functionality is there, images are shown, you can open the 2 images

but some tags are not translated... I see

I think you missed to upload an addon.. .

what is the tag <BODY_WIDTH> for example?

It is not from PP itself, it must be from an addon
compare the addon-folder

indeeed the template I was using was just needing an addon, so I should also have copied that instead of doing a fresh install ;)
