I dont remember but I think pressing DO IT button runs processing all visitors logs and after that it is empty. I mean number of visitors in current month is reset to zero.

Strange. This current one counter is from <ADVNCD_SITE_VISITORNUMBER>? Which version of PP do you use?

Interestingly, I am running 1.4.3 and had my count reset itself at some stage around the beginning of the month.

Inside the admin interface it says:
---
This adddon manages the pixelpost stats and works in coherence with visitors table.
New tag: <ADVNCD_SITE_VISITORNUMBER> instead of <SITE_VISITORNUMBER>
Number of all visitors: 2603 -- Number visitors this month: 2603
---

But on the actual pp implementation it says:

21 photos | 0 visitors

(It did say about 200 prior to me uploading a new image moments ago, so this officially marks a new repercussion of the problem, or identifies the problem itself).

All advice greatly appreciated....

as we've said many times. the simple stats we provide with pixelpost are not as accurate as we would like for various reasons: if a user visits once every hour for 24 hours in one day they will be recorded as 24 different visitors... the cookies only last an hour. also things like robots are booked as well. far more reliable option would be the stats which come with your host package or alternatively www.haveamint.com if you have a small budget or google analytics if you're willing to wait a few days to finish signing up.
