hello,

i've been running pixelpost 1.4.3 with no trouble for several months now. today i went to look at my referers, and there was this message (listed twice) before the reference urls. any idea what this is all about?

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/www/studiodelicious/includes/functions.php on line 156

i have not done anything with my site (at least knowingly) to cause this - everything has just been updated as i normally do.

help!

thanks!

Did your ISP make any change in servers configuration/software?

a good question. i will ask them if they did - what specificially would i want to know has been changed - just mysql?

i'm afraid the error message doesn't mean anything to me, so it's hard for me to troubleshoot. :)

thanks!

Just incase this is usefull to you. I had an identical error on another PHP powered website. The problem was actually too much whitespace at the end of the file, in this case the file would be functions.php.

It might be worth looking to see if there are any blank lines at the end of the file and remove them. It worked in my case.

update...

i checked functions.php for excessive white space and only found 1 line. deleted it, but it made no difference.

i checked with my isp and they said there have been no changes to mysql or php on their end.

now i have 4 lines (as opposed to 2) of the same error, and i'm not even quite sure if it is updating the referers list anymore.

any other ideas?

thanks!

an update on this...like i know everyone was waiting for it. ha ha!

the error messages disappeared just as quickly as they had appeared. i hadn't updated anything on my site between these occurrences. very very strange.

i guess this just goes down on the books as something quirky, and hopefully no one else comes across it.

thanks again!
