reinstall?! Save what I have?

I need to do a reinstall I think.
My server was upgraded and now the images folder isn't recognized when I upload a new image. I want to reinstall pixel post - is it possible to save the info I have now and do a reinstall? what folders do I save?

check you image path in the admin...change it to '../images/' if it isnt already at that...then post back

aslo, please get the information from the admin on your server settings. A reinstall shouldnt change much of the situation, unless the server upgrade actually changed a setting

I bet the file permissions are incorrect.

Wish I can tell you more details, but I noticed that when web's move files to new servers the file permissions are often "lost".

Maybe someone else knows what they should be and it is something you can check.
