Okay, I tired the suggestion and still no good. But there is a chance I didn't do it right. So is this what you meant?

could you try to install in a normal subdirectory of your webspace below /htdocs?

there is a real mess, your photoblog sits in a subdomain, the images below htdocs, the script above that

I would suggest to start in

gautams-grounds.net/photoblog

I see no chance to clear this mess of directories and structure unfortunately ;=)

Ok, so I took your suggestion and reinstalled unter gautams-grounds.net/photobog, but I am still having the same problem. Any suggestions?

Looks like a server issue see http://www.gautams-grounds.net/photoblog/images/20060331161440_kansas.gif

Ask your host why you are not seeing this picture (which is supposedly there?)

Har! Stop! Stupid error! Why we did not see this!!!

Your photo is a GIF-file, and that is not ok with PixelPost!

PP does not support GIF-files at all!
GIF is no format for photos.

We support JPG!

Upload a JPG-file and test again, please!

There is some security issue (probably access permissions) for http://www.gautams-grounds.net/photoblog/images/ directory's content.
I got error 403.
