welcome page

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a welcome page on my pixelpost photoblog.
Whenever I go on the page it shows the last picture uploaded.

What should be the best way to proceed :
- create an independant index.html page
- is there a plugin that does what I want ?
- others ?

index.html idea is by far the simplest and most effective.

Only then when Apache is trying to get index.html or index.htm just before index.php.

There are many other solutions but not as easy as this with index.htm(l).

I have two Sites. The first start with a frameset an PP, the second one with a welcome. Have a look to it.
