Upgrade 1.4 to 1.43

The readme file is a little confusing. Do I need to upgrade 1.4 to 1.41 to 1.42/3, ...or can I go straight from 1.4 to 1.43 ?

1.4.3 was a very minor update so updating straight from 1.4 to 1.4.3 should be absolutely fine. i would recommend backing up everything just in case though.
