i have upgraded to pp 1.5.2 only yesterday.
but as you can see, i have got perfect SPAM just recently:

EDITED: i deleted the spam-message, but it was helpful in a way, because it contained a huge amount of spam keywords to feed the anti-spam addon!

use akismet anti spam

and also you can use anti spam features of 1.5 RC1. it creates the code to add to .htaccess file to block ip and banned words. you can also add words to moderation list.

btw, there is not 1.5.2.... it could be 1.5 RC1.2
1.5 does not have any sub versions

Did you have before upgrade Akismet set up?

If so then you must remember to modify back /index.php to work properly with Akismet.
