upgrade to 1.5rc-1, and it's blank!

Help! I upgrade from version 1.4 to 1.5rc-1, it seems ok, I go to the admin page and click upgrade and no error message. But now, my site todayistoday.com is basically blank! What is going on?

make sure that you have all files uploaded!
if languagefiles are missing you will have empty screen for example

Is there anyway to debug this? I have rechecked twice and reuploaded all files again, still the same. I could see the template image_template.html, but index.html is blank. Please advice how to debug this. Thanks.

which language did you select?
is the language file for that language existent?

is the screen still blank when you switch to another language?

just compare in your ftp-program the folders... as a first tip

I have doubled check and reloaded all the files again... language is ok, addons ok, admin page is ok, just not index.html...I dont know what to do now.

ok, I comment the error_reporting(0) out and I got this message :

I had the same after upgrading from 1.5beta to 1.5rc1. (blank pp)
checked all files were uploaded, rerun the install.php and then was ok.

if one of you have a different copy_to_folder.php (such like copy_folder_with_titles.php) then you should specify which one you want to use and disable or rename the other. the uncomplete load of the addons causes a blank screen as well. I can reproduce the blank screen with activated copy_folder_with_titles.php and copy_folder.php
