French language files

First, congratulations for the big step in allowing localised admin interface. It's a lot of work and it makes a big difference in ease of use. (and congratulations for the rest as well !)

A couple of small corrections to the admin-lang-french file (my mistakes, as I did this translation !) :
> in Images : change "A publier" to "Publication"
> in Spam : in the text, "liste de validation" and "liste noire" must be in bold
> in Informations : if you check latest version, you get the message "Download the latest version from Pixelpost.org" in English (French : Téléchargez la dernière version sur Pixelpost.org)
> in Comments : the 4th button is too small and the text is truncated, therfore cannot be understood

Last, I have always used the typographic rule : PixelPost, when the English version uses Pixelpost.

fixed apart from the version check. this is tricky right now as this message isn't kept in any base files but rather a file on pixelpost.org's server. we'll fix this in a future release.

note to team: the shortened validation button was due to use of inverted commas in echo statement... in future we should use \" as this allows inverted commas to be used in language files.

No big problem for the French language as the message is understandable with very basic English.
