Expanding Comments Tag

On my website http://www.felloweskimo.net/photo/index.php I use the comments tag at the lower portion of the page. The thing is, the default text for the tag is just "Comments", and I want to change it to "Comments + Info", where do I do this? I cant seem to find it on my own. Thanks :)

you can change this in your language file. ie, /languages/lang-english.php once you open the file just search 'comments' and it should be pretty self explanatory what to change.
