Photo shot at the beach near me. Some post-production on this one. What do you think?

Very nice image. And a great template, too! The blue title/exif section is a bit too aggressive, though. Are you going to make it available for the community?

pretty stunning - my mum walked into the room and said 'wow that's amazing' - i was tempted to say it was my own but resisted :-p i'm gonna have to take some photoshop classes.

@sbzx - i get this feeling that a template that's had so much time and effort put into it wasn't designed to be shared - which is fair enough.

hey sbzx, thank you :)

I am not going to release the template to public yet, but i might do it next time i redesign my blog. It is not really that complex to do, you only have to know some basic actionscripting to load in extern images to flash. :)

Battin, joe[y], I kind of had that feeling and I think it is fair enough not to share at this point but it looked so nice I had to ask. :)

Wow thats really nice, especially like your blog, the way you made it a little more dynamic, i don't really know if the blue banner that comes down over if it is too eye catching or what you can say, but never the less it looks nice so.

og så må jeg lige høre er du dansker?

@Joe[y] I would rather say "you don't want to share it is fair enough". Qualifying it with *so much time and effort put in* implies that you Pixelpost devs are out of your mind to give away the code :D

BTW I could not figure out how to make that Blue info box go away once it appears

ah sure! but you see my point about individual and unique templates right? i quite like it when somebody has something recognisable and memorable in terms of design

BTW just move your mouse off the image - it's a very clever bit of code.

thanks guys..

actually i am planning to use pixepost to power my new portfolio. Might be 100% flash, or maybe i am just going to make it html/flash.

Pixelpost has alot of cool possibilities. And i am sorry i dont link pixelpost from my site yet, but is because i havent had the time to finish the link and about section.. :)

Preloader and update on that blue thing coming soon.

@Battin: it will be great if you can produce one (or more) nice template for Pixelpost community. We are planning two find some people who would like to join dev team and want to work on templates.

It can be very good (and almost free) advertisement of your graphic/webdeveloping skills/services ;)

Please think about this and let us know :)

very nice. it disappears a little slowly on mouseout for me though - it seems to linger with a teeny bit of blue just before going completely. just the sort of little thing that annoys people like me... but i'm really just being picky.

UPDATE: okay now I like the blue bar thing - it does not go all over the image just at the bottom - nice! And the image is just as good as I said it was in my comment above - nice!

Battin, how much post processing do you do if any? Your pictures look great!

it depends on the picture. "At the ocean" has been post processed alot.

i usually adjust stuff like: temperature, levels, hue/saturnation, sharpness. :)

however, this photo: http://blog.battin.dk/index.php?showimage=75 is almost untouched, besides levels. The light was just perfect.
