Cannot log on the admin panel (FatalError)

Hi,
I've just finished to install the pp1.5RC1 version.
After having enter my user/pwd and sent it, this message appears on a blank page :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: sha1() in /var/www/studiolachapelle/public_html/photoblog/admin/index.php on line 120

I tried to re-upload the files & a complete re-install, the problem is the same.

check your cookie-configuration

PP admin needs session support or cookie support...

check your cookies, clean the cache etc. and try again please

I tried under another browser and it works !
The pb should be due to a cooky not cleaned....
