Every time I upload a new photo and try to view my site afterwards, about 75% of the time my site goes down for a few minutes. Is this a Pixelpost problem, or a host problem?

if this were a pixelpost problem pixelpost would not exist anymore, I think
not everything is PP's fault ;=)
