photoblog not as the main page.

I love pixelpost, however - I still want a main index page with links to my photoblog (pixelpost) and writing blog (wordpress). Dreamhost is my hosting service and I use Dreamweaver to edit. Is there a way to do this?

GeoS was kind enough to install pixelpost for me now I don't know where to go from here.

simple create a html file entitled index.html - this will proboably take priority over index.php

get the wordpress static front page plugin (http://www.semiologic.com/software/static-front/) from semiologic

create the static page and link up pixelpost and wordpress as photo and blog respectively

Okay, so I'm kinda like withgrace here, I'm going to have an index page with a link to my PP Blog in a different directory...but I'm wondering, with any kind of code language at all, is it possible to display the current PP entry's thumbnail on my main index.html page? Then you click that link if you so want to venture into the world of Blink (http://www.cleu.org/blink/)... Thanks.
