Help me with "Add a site" script ?

I wouldn't do that.
It just encourages referrer-spammers

this is an old relict from version one which brought a lot of problems

if you want to have something like that, go and search in PHP-script-archives but be sure that it generates a moderated list, where you decide whether the link will be published or not

this script was started in more innocent internet times ;=(

Thanks for your warning but I only use it for small friends community and hope no spamer.

I did try search but couldn't find any suitable like that script.

search for linklist and I am sure you will find a lot
