images and thumbnail files

I think 1-5rc1 had the two folders images and thumbnails included, whereas 1-5rc1-2 does not : you need to create them yourself (as in previous 1-4 versions). It seemed to me a good idea to have them included from the start…

we were discussing this.
There can be problems with delivering the folders in the install package as they could produce problems because of different folder-owners

some situations like this happened, so we decided to take them off the package..

we may create a check on install/upgrade script in the future for these files and if possible permissions - saving users the effort. but this isn't going to be in 1.5 so for now users have to do this themselves.

A further thought : if you upgrade by replacing the old PP files by the new ones, having images and thumbnail folders in the package may lead to accidental replacement of your fully loaded folders in your host… So maybe not such a good idea after all !
