Installation Issues

I'm trying to install pixelpost, and I'm having a hard time. I've read through the directions over and over, and honestly cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong.

What information do I need to provide?

I uploaded everything to the public_html folder on my site http://www.amberparmley.com

My DB host is localhost
DB user: amberpar_amber
DB: amberpar_blog

I changed all the info (including the password which I have not listed here obviously) in the pixelpost.php file in the admin folder, and uploaded it all to my site.

Please help me!

I created the pixelpost folder and installed everything there instead. Still not working...

Here's the error it's giving me..
