Email Subscribe Addon

I put this addon on my blog but it does not work. What other addon do I need. i read in another post that I need to set up my comment template so it is set up to use "emails" but how do I do that? I am sorry for asking so much questions but I am new to all of this programming stuff.

what you are doing is not "programming stuff"
it is using a programm, you are a user ;=)

go to admin / options / activate "SEND EMAIL ON COMMENT"

I switched it over to email commenting and i am getting this error

When I take email commenting off however it goes through. The adress for my site is www.informedrevolution.com/staging

"Internal Server Error" means always that there are some typos, for example an apostroph is forgotten etc...

this happens when you edit some files which contain php-code
it cannot happen when you just select one option in the admin panel

did you edit some code files?
maybe the language file etc.?
