Text not showing with post

When I upload a photo, I usually write a bit of information about it. The text used to show up, but a few months ago it just disappeared. It shows up when I am in admin, but I can't get it to show on my web page.
Any ideas?

did you check with different templates?
did you edit the templates?

maybe it is just this template which does not show the text?

which posts have text? Are they showing the text still or did this text disappear as well?

sorry for asking but I am too tired to scroll through so many sunsets and forests..

Yes, I checked with different templates (the only two that are offered) and the post didn't show up. I don't even know how to edit templates, since I'm very new at trying to do anything other than post in the admin area.
All the text has diasappeared.

I see that you have PP 1.4.3. Maybe by adding some additional addons it goes to conflict with main engine? Try to update it to PP 1.5 RC1.

my problem is that you list the entries which have text
I need some examples of entries without text ... to compare...

GeoS - I can't update because my photoblog is hosted on someone else's hosting space and I don't have full control.

your problem is
php 4.4.1 and php 5.1 issue with includes/markdown.php
remedy is
get the latest markdown file or upgrade to 1.5

it is not so difficult to move the photoblog to another hoster
