brand new install, can't post a new photo

whenever i try to post a new entry, i get "Error" and nothing else. just a red block with the word "Error"

the files i am trying to upload are pretty large - could pp be timing out?

nevermind, this was a php issue on my end (filesize related)

if it was filesize-related I am sure the images now fit better to the screen ;=)
