A Suggestion About Pinging

Hi,
I was trying the scheduled publishing of photos. When the photos are scheduled for publication, say one day later, I think no pinging happens, although the blog is updated. Is there any way for automatic pinging when the photo is actually published?

which version are you using?

We had the situation that pinging happened allways when uploading, and that was wrong when you posted to future dates
I think in the actual state of developement, it is not pinging when posted in the future

this is a good suggestion but I think it will be a suggestion for a future version, not for 1.5 anymore..

I will add this suggestion to the list..

In 1.5 maybe it will be solved that we will remove pinging for future posts.

Today I posted in our dev section an idea for addon supporting future posts. We will think about this issue and publish, in our opinion, the best solution.
