Page looks great in IE but not FF or Safari

I am new to this so may be missing something simple. I used the standard PP 1.5 files and just uploaded some images and am using the PP "dark" template. If you view the page in IE it is nice and centered and looks good. If you view in Firefox (Mac or PC) or Safari the pages does not center - that is - the black border around the page is not in center and does not look good.

Is there some setting I need to use to make it line up right in all three browsers?
