Blocked a friend :O

I have spam blocking in place, akismet, etc, all is going great! (Thanks to all who helped =) I have a new fallout issue that came out of my spam war. It seems that some friends got caught in the crossfire and now when they post, their stuff is caught as spam and I have to manually select it and post it. It is hightlighted in red so I am assuming this is an akismet deal, no? Once I tell it to post it all is well. Any ideas on how to get them straight through (most other posts go right through and I have tried the report as HAM feature)
