Category Dropdown Loses Count

I added the category dropdown to a relaxation theme and when a selection is made it no longers shows the page number and page of at the bottom of the archive page.

any ideas how to fix? thanks!

one suggestion: you could show more than 3 thumbnails on one page, you loose the overview because you have to scroll down with only 3 thumbs in a row ..

did you check the tags? I remember somehow that there are other tags necessary when viewing category-selections, but I am not at home and I have not all material on my laptop with me...

As for the thumbnails..i went from small thumbs to larger ones...you think they are too large?

no, I mean you only show 3 thumbs in a row in the page and because of that you must scroll more than necessary
by modifiying the template or the CSS for the template I am sure you could present at least 5 thumbs in a row... that would easy the "reading" the page

First I fixed the browse category (i had the wrong tag, needed "by page").

For the thumbs, if i go to 5 without making them smaller they will not fit across the page..the page would be wider and would not match the blog....am i wrong?

yes, the place for the thumbs is controlled by the width of the div, where they sit in and if that is only big enough for 3 thumbs, you will have a long list

if you stretch this to fit for 5 thumbs, this part would be too big, you think?
In my opinion there is a lot of space to the right and left...
and I am only on a 1024x768 monitor. most people have higher resolution ;=)
