Time zones

I just realized that the time settings in my photoblog are off a couple of hours. Is there an easy fix somewhere so I can change this? I searched the forums and couldn't find anything. There is a mod for this, I noticed, but I was hoping for a simpler solution.

i've tried that mod, installed, changed the time, and still my server just knows it's own time and my posts dont appear til hours later... there isn't much info on the site or help as far as i can find. :( i'd imagine there must be plenty of people with the problem too.
