Problems with the language

Hi everybody, first i want to apologize for my english.
I looked into the archive but i can't find a answer.

Here's my problem :
I've installed the latest verion of PP without any problem till i go the administration page to log in. I have this message (with php code above and under) :

Attention! Take care, that at least the file
admin-lang-english.php
sits in the directory language.
You can find this file in the PixelPost-ZIP-File in the directory language.
Please upload it to your server!

What i don't understand is that i have this file in the language directory and admin also. But it still not working !

Reupload all PHP files by FTP in ASCII mode.

Almost, i can log in, but i have some lines of code in the adminsistration pages :
