setting <SITE_TITLE>

I'm a newcomer to php. I've installed 1.5, gotten all my photos uploaded and everything works well. But I cannot set the name of the site. It just shows up as "pixelpost" on the navigation bar, the about page, etc. One of the "readme" files says to look at admin/options.php file, but I do not know what to change. What should I do?

log in to your admin, click "options." under "SITE TITLE AND URL" you can change "pixelpost" to whatever you like :)
