changing links font size

I am wondering where in the stylesheet I would find the directions for the font size of the links at top right on my webpage that say "archives" "thumbnails" etc..

Check your stylesheet for the class menu or .menu a:link,hover or something like that, that's the part where the font-size of your menu is.
