UFO in Lugansk (Ukraine)?

I have photographed Lugansk in the morning. On the left in a photo the strange object is visible... It is UFO (http://photoblogonline.com/index.php?showimage=56)? There can be someone's soul? :-)

Balloons do not fly across Lugansk :rolleyes:
Before that picture I at once have made two pictures. Lens absolutely pure.:confused:
