Help with upload picture

I was able to upload picture form my pixelpost admin page until yesterday.

I uploading was like seconds then it bring me to this blank page with this http address

I try on smaller image as well and it doesn't works :(

any thoughs?

Any suggestion, help are appriciated

Did your ISP make any change in server configuration?
