if you tell us which version of Pixelpost you are using we maybe will be able to help you

be aware that one posting is not the problem, more postings with spam will be a real problem,

so at least I can say:

do upgrade to Pixelpost 1.5,
use comment moderation (you can set this in Admin/option/spam control)
use the wordlist there to block postings like these

There is akismet hack and few more antispam solutions. Please search forum for spam issue.
