a ip keeps on visist my site every 1 MINUTE at the midnight, how can it do that frequently? and there is no "referer" and "ua" recorded.
Disable it from APACHE level (i.e. through cPanel or .htaccess file).
are they posting comments?

it's a great tool - just realize that it's not made for 1.5 final so you will have to look through the index.php and add the required changes yourself. also, you will need to edit the template file.
but it's awesome -- the best spam blocking tool i've seen!!!
