This is what the validators shows:
#
line 14, column 82: link must be a full and valid URL (49 occurrences) [help]
... m/cenopix/?showimage=2005-03-03 01:01:00</link>
^
#
line 22, column 29: title contains bad characters (12 occurrences) [help]
Was dachtest Du denn? Ich muĂ\x9f doch auch Schneeräder haben!</title>
I haven't changed anything in the index file. Can anybody help please. There's a weird behavior with german characters with Firefox in my Photoblog anyway.
Thanks
Connie

moin moin!
well, did you read the forum messages?
For sure, we have a problem with special characters in this version, it will be corrected and: which template do you use? Check the character encoding there... if you used one of the defaults templates, most likely it's not western european...
and there are so many topics about RSS already (and this feature needs heavy lifting...) that I do not know which posting to point at..

mors, mors.....
Thanks for the quick reply, Connie.
Well I read the forum back and fro but to no avail...
I'm certainly to dumb to get the point and to tell you the truth, it's not bothering me that much. Oops, shouldn't have said that - may stop you developers coding the bugfree version
You know, pixelpost is such a superduper, one and only piece of software to help me get famous all over the world with my pics. The tiny bugs in rss are just preventing it to happen on a blink. I can wait. Tomorrow would suit me fine for the fix.

reading this post - i decided to validate my RSS
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://jlspurling.com/index.php?x=rss"
it validates absolutely fine.
or am i missing something?
EDIT: sorry, didn't realise that this was only a problem with special character encoding: mine is simply UTF-8
