thumbnail missing and can't use the thumbnail crop....

hey guys...

thanks for the time as well....

i upgraded from 1.4.2 to 1.5......i can't get the 12crop tool to work.....and my current picture isn't showing a thumbnail......

seems to me there is a demo thumbnail crop....i turned that off in the addons....i turned the 12crop in the thumbnail menu......i get crop thumbnail button and a increase and decrease size button....just no picture....

i may have did a bad job explaining it....

anybody got ANY ideas....thanks in advance...

could you try to change the imagepath to

and test again?

which version is the paged-archive-addon?

I also notice in your archive that the archive-paged-addon does not work well...

i'm not real sure what you meant by changing the file path.....the image path is already ..../images/

...........

i know it's actually making the thumbnail because it's in the thumbnail folder......it's just not showing up on the archive page....



did i misunderstand something about the path name?

sometimes I am angry with myself that I forget to ask the simplest things..
we always enter into problems without checking the situation correctly

just because we mostly assume that the obvious parts have been checked already..

I will try not to forget to suggest to check with other templates before going into the wildest hypothesis...

I am glad it is solved and I am a little annoyed with myself... ;=)

i'm gonna compare the code here in a few......i just don't understand what it could be....i didn't change any of that code on the archive page but adding a few links.....and the problem started happening when i upgraded to 1.5.....

just a note...

i downloaded the default code for the sugar template.......put it in a separate template folder and tested it....still doing the same thing.....so it's not something i changed....

is it posssible the sugar template isn't compatible with 1.5?

i'm gonna search the forum as well for info on this....

that's possible... we have no "quality certificates" with the templates and it's up to the template-authors to have their templates uptodate...

we can only guarantee for these which come with Pixelpost...

it is working now....i just fixed it....

i compared code from the templates that were working and made some changes....

it's late here....so i'm gonna post the changes i made tomorrow....
