I can´t recieve a new password

I can´t remember my password, so i try to get it back, but i was checking my email and the new password doesn t come...... :(

i was ussing the new password setting up process for the password of my site... i get the these message:

An email is sent to your email address with your username and a new password.
Check your email address at jamesaragonc@gmail.com
Back to admin page ...

but i don´t recieve the new password....

Does your box support sending emails to outside world?
