Changing text of comments link?

Hmm, I know this should be simple, but I want to be able to change the default text generated for the <IMAGE_COMMENTS_NUMBER><COMMENT_POPUP> tags.

I don't want it to say 0 Comments, I want to be able to say "0 replies" or something of that nature.

How can I do this?
