so i just set it up just as it told me to and this is what it says. can somebody help me. i also cant figure out how to set the folder to that 777 thing. HELP

I cannot figure out how you can write when you cannot read at all

you did not upload the stuff or you did it so extremely wrong that I am sure everything you need is just 5 minutes to read the install-text and try again

you must not shout! Here are good people with good ears and good mood, but read the install-instruction

Does it your own server? If so then try to set up Apache - its much better solution.

If you still want use IIS I suggest to check in which mode is running PHP what permissions does it have and if corrects permissions are set for PP dir (this chmod is nothing else like read/write/execute permissions in unix/linux octet style).
