chinese characters in comments

my blog is able to display chinese characters, but if someone makes comments on chinese characters, it will be displayed as a bunch of garbage, why? Anyway to fix that? Thanks.

you cannot fix that, I fear

we did everything to have everything UTF-8-compliant and it is tested thouroughly

as long as all your templates are set to UTF-8 in the header, you did your best

but there are always users who do not set their browser to detect the characterset of the website automatically, but set it to a characterset which collides with your/our settings

so the questions:
- your templates have UTF-header-directives?
- does this happen to all chinese comments or only few?

whre is the URL to a page with a comment like that? That would really help
