How to change "About"

Can anyone please tell me how I can edit the "about" field in the basic template that comes with the program. Thanks for your help.

what is the "about-field"? you mean the word "about"?

change the link-text in the template!

if you want to change the link text, go thru your theme templates and change the text. if you want to change the content of the about page, chenge the content of the about_template.html of your theme.
