comment format question

I noticed that when someone comment on my site, when they type 'return' for a new line, there is a space between them, how do I get rid of that? Thanks.

Are you sure the solution works? I tried it doesnt seem to work.

There shouldnt be any space. The worst case would be with additional new line but there never was any additional space. Probably you had to change something in own way.
