Says "missing Language file" but it is there

:confused: The message that appears on my homepage:

Error:
No language folder exists or the file "lang-english.php" is missing in that folder.
Make sure that you have uploaded all necessary files with the exact same names as mentioned here.

I reloaded the file, the folder, and reset my browser chache... any thoughts?

this can happen, when you upload the files in BINARY mode by ftp and not in ASCII mode
